What is a TOG?
A TOG is basically a fancy acronym for a warmth rating. The higher the TOG, the toastier your bub. We offer three TOG options as it's critical you keep your bub at the right temperature.
0.5 TOG - Ideal for room temp 24 - 27 degrees celcius / 75 - 81 degrees fahrenheit.
1.0 TOG - Ideal for room temp 21 - 23 degrees celcius / 70 - 74 degrees fahrenheit.
2.5 TOG - Ideal for room temp 16 - 20 degrees celcius / 60 - 68 degrees fahrenheit.
